"After 25 plus years, I have filed my first auto claim against an uninsured driver who was found to be at fault by the police and State Farm.
My claim has been in subrogation for 3 months with no updates from State Farm or my agent. There are no tangible updates on the app to show progress, next steps or likely duration for this process.
If State Farm is unable to recoup my deductible after 25 claimless years, my family and I will be finding a new insurance company."
